Before training as a physiotherapist at the University of British Columbia, Carly spent over five years practicing as a kinesiologist and clinical exercise physiologist, where she helped clients recover from musculoskeletal injuries and manage complex health conditions, including cancer, cardiovascular and lung diseases, and diabetes.

In her physiotherapy practice, Carly works with clients of all ages and activity levels, from dedicated athletes to active adults and seniors committed to staying healthy, in outpatient and acute care hospital settings. She brings a creative, problem-solving approach to rehab, prioritizing confidence, resilience, and consistency through exercise prescription, manual therapy, and client education.
